Today, here, removed the "habit of straining" at work. Usually, on such a request, the result is in the form of awareness: "Why did I react like this before? It became so easy, in general there are no such emotions any more." Even funny now. " Which is also very good - the old reaction disappears and instead of it calmness and ease. But, now, more than a week I am covered by the state of that unconditional love. This is inexpressible. ❤️
And, apparently, I easily translate this state, for today in meditation the head of the department, who never engaged in yoga and far from psychology, after a standard question at the end, as he described his state, as bliss and unity with the world. I thank all my teachers. 🙏🏻
