YogaChallenge Day 3 - Yin Yoga is great for you!!
After two days in a row of yoga classes, I have been feeling really good! It is so awesome to stretch and move your body. There are so many benefits of practicing yoga. Yoga will increase your flexibility, strength, balance, along with many other things.
Today I decided to take a Yin Yoga class online. I used www.DoYogaWithMe.com.
It was nice and relaxing to do a yoga class in the comfort of my own home.
Benefits of Yin Yoga
Yin classes tend to be more relaxing for me. You hold the poses longer and allow your body to go deep into the stretch.
These type of classes are nice if your muscles are sore or if you need a more slow pace class.
Yin yoga will clear you mind. When you take a yoga class, it is so nice to be able to let go of your daily stress and be in the moment and really feel your body.
Yin yoga will help your flexibility. In yin yoga classes you will hold a posture for a long time, sometimes 3 - 5 minutes.
Holding these long positions allows you to slowly deepen your stretch and go farther than you may think.
