The picture was taken on altitude of around 2200 m above sea level on a mountain in Slovenia called Stol (Hochstühl in German). Full description about my nightly hiking trip and the storm can be read here (if you haven't seen it already):
#2. Hiking day - surviving a thunderstorm on the peak of 2000m high mountain
This was my first picture in a row of 5 pictures. After that the moon was gone, the clouds completely covered it and it started to rain.
Cities on the photo from right to left are:

Lesce
Radovljica
Kranj
And at the back with the biggest glow is our capital city - Ljubljana
