After recent criticism by media, fans and other YouTubers, YouTube has suspended ad revenue for popular YouTuber Logan Paul. He recently uploaded a video showing a suicide victim in Japan's "Suicide Forest." He also encouraged people to participate in the Tide Pod Challenge.
Earlier, YouTube removed him from Google Preferred and cancelled his YouTube Red video series. He did not learn lesson from that and now as a step forward, YouTube has suspended ad revenue which according to SocialBlade is around $1.2 million a month.
According to YouTube, such content is not only against terms but also harms advertisers. YouTube could possibly drop Paul from the Partner Program completely which would permanently eliminate monetization from ads on his YouTube channels.
