If you're on Twitter, it's a fantastic place to find demonetized, censored and banned YouTubers. I found one YouTuber who has a lot of followers, and I began interacting a bit with his tweet. Lots of people in this thread seem completely unaware that crypto and decentralized platforms like Hive exist now.
Check out this thread:

It's some YouTuber who will lose $2000 this month because YouTube banned him. Anyway, I decided to jump in the thread and invite people over to Hive. Here was one of my replies:
I highly suggest that you use the https://hiveonboard.com/create-account or hiveonboard.com link so that newcomers can quickly and easily get a new Hive account. I'd avoid using the signup.hive.io site for mainstream folks, because we'll probably lose about 90% in that process. If someoene can't use a phone number or has trouble using hiveonboard.com, then I'd give them the signup link. Make or use an existing Hive Gif on Twitter, if you don't have any GIFs, let me know.

Now, it's quite hard to get big YouTubers to just instantly join, but really we need to focus on the smaller people now, and take care of them. Having a really engaged and diverse userbase, full of lesser known creators is good too. The main thing is to jump into these conversations about censorship, banning and demonetization.
As a result of this effort today, one new person said they will join. When they do, it's important to share these links with them, as most people who are not into crypto need an easy, stress-free onboarding system. Here are the links to share with Hive and crypto noobs:

Here's the tweet that contains all the links:

So, here's how this effort resulted in a brand new person saying they will join:

The pain out there is very obvious, and everywhere. We all can make a difference in helping new people find us. Hive still is a niche place, and mainstream people don't even know we exist. We can change that, each one of us.
Also, one of the best people on Twitter to help noobs and answer questions is . I am sometimes offline making graphics, etc, so I might miss someone's question on Twitter.
