I have been absent for a while! I like to be honest in everything I do. Frankly, I am a busy guy and with the Steem price plummeting it took a back burner for a while. I have also been revamping the entire blog and not putting out much new content lately. I have started to write more and while not new articles, I completely rewrote a couple.

Things are going well. We ended up flipping 26 houses in 2018 which was what we did in 2017 as well. The brokerage is going well and I have another rental under contract to buy. I keep posting a lot of videos on YouTube and those are doing great. This was the last one:
