Update on the Restaurant I Bought in October

I bought this restaurant in October, but have not gotten a ton of work don yet. We have 16 flips currently going which has been taking up most of our focus. We are also not exactly sure how to move forward with the restaurant due to health codes etc..

We have put in a new heating system, have a bid for the windows, made some minor repairs to the roof, and are waiting for some more bids. We need to get an electrician in the building and talk to the city about what we can and cannot do with the kitchen and bath.

They have started building the giant apartments across the street which is cool to see.
