Why does it have to be so hard to choose?

What's a content creator to do? How can we even tell what is possible with all of the misinformation and unanswered questions out there? Can creators still have a "family channel" or allow their children to be in their videos, or will doing so put us at risk of being fined $42,530 USD per video by the FTC?

In this video I struggle with the current situation on the YouTube platform, share some of what I've heard, and decide on a plan of action for our channel at the moment. The information shared is to the best of my current understanding, and I reserve the right to completely change my should the necessity arise. We'll see what happens.
