All the policies are bad for aspiring youtuber. At first, you have to have more than 10000 views to be eligible for monetization program. You have to have advertiser-friendly content. I do not know which one is advertiser-friendly content as there is no manual justification.
Content creators were disappointed by youtube decision as Youtube earning reduced significantly. It seems that youtube is not listening to the content creators. Further, they have tightened creators screws more. In a few weeks time,
youtube comes with new rules and regulations regarding monetization program.

As a result, your channel will lose access to all monetization tools and features associated with the YouTube Partner Program on February 20, 2018 unless you surpass this threshold in the next 30 days.
