Steemit Saturday: Consolidated Efforts from YouTube to Dtube

As I close in on 1,000,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel, I’ve been inspired by Hive account@aggroed & Hive account@world5list to target our efforts from YouTube to Dtube.

I had the honor of speaking as a guest on Hive account@aggroed's MSPWaves radio panel last week along with my close friend & business partner Rene (Hive account@world5list 800,000+ subscribers).

Doing so reignited the flame, as we’ve created a plan to promote Dtube by creating content available almost EXCLUSIVELY for the Dtube platform. I say “almost” because it’s also available on my Patreon page for a $2/month minimum subscription; you Steemians will be getting it for FREE!

These exclusive They Will Kill You videos will be released twice per month minimum (likely to be more often though) for those on Steemit/Dtube, while I make a push to drive my existing million-man army of YouTube subscribers over to Dtube.

This will be a three-phase process:

1. release a 30-second "teaser" on YouTube for a full-length video I've created,
2. add an on-camera trailer (before/after the teaser) in which I let my YouTube audience know that the full-length video is available to view on Dtube, and
3. provide said audience with the Dtube link in an attempt to drive traffic towards Dtube.

In addition, starting next week I’ll also be releasing videos from our crypto channel Crypto Coin Consultants ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE on Dtube so that you fellow Steemians will have early access to this content before it’s made public on YouTube!

We hope that by doing so, we’ll make the world more aware of the consistent, arbitrary ad policy violation issues we’re facing from Google/YouTube, which make it harder for creators like us to make a sustainable living off our art/passion.

The Steem blockchain is growing at an extremely exponential rate, and it’s only a matter of time until Steemit takes over Facebook/Reddit and Dtube conquers YouTube. Let’s all help with the cause!
