Hey guys it's me once again..and I want to share with you my own recipe. I am trying to cook controversial meals and I want to try something awesome..in my own version..
Today i choose to cook devils egg ..and I'm gonna show how make this amazing dish with a twist.
Slice the meat pork marinate in soysauce lemon juice or calamansi. Add black pepper and a little salt to taste . then leave it for a while. Then after few hours you can now wrap the hard boiled egg in the marinated meat pork. then cook for about 45 mins.to 1 hr. Until the meat is tender. the remaining marinated sauce in the pot (pinagkuluan ng karne)) saute in garlic onion and red bell pepper. Add a little oyster sauce and stir thoroughly until the sauce is thickens slightly then set a side. slice the devils egg into a half moon shape and put in the plate for the plating add the Sauce for the toppings and ready to serve..
