This smells like bullshit to me. This has to be the most pathetically stupid attempt at excusing a scam I've ever witnessed.

If you are a USA citizen and are willing to make an official complaint against him reach out to Hive account@kingscrown for his full details. Or everyone go and bug Hive account@kingscrown to DOX the fucker in public.
