You see everyday
is stealing news from www.zerohedge.com
is not claiming credit so it's not plagiarism by definition. It's also giving proper credit by linking to sources on the first line and also having a disclaimer.
Not going to bullshit anyone, I've an agreement with the person running .
The purpose of the agreement is to:
A. Contribute to Steem what I believe is some of the most important and valuable content on the internet.
B. Reward people that contribute interesting comments to the subjects.
C. Offset my risk of being a STEEM bagholder.
If you're shocked by the last part you can always waste your upvoting power to make a point. But remember that since most of Steem's rewarded content is different degree of the same self rewarding behavior you may only be moving the problem elsewhere.
Ps: Zerohedge being mainly a news aggregator, aggregating and and adapting the best content to Steemit is one extra level of the same kind of curation work. However you value the formating work and quality of the selection made shouldn't matter other than it is certainly not zero to the many people who upvote it and contribute valuable though to the topics.
I usually up-vote all blockchain investigative work but will abstain since your accusation of ; fraud, id theft, plagiarism, ect. are not substantiated.
