Manchester City defender Olexandr Zinchenko extended the contract with the club for five years. His new contract will keep him at the club until 2024, the official site of the “citizens” reported.
Last season, Zinchenko became Manchester City’s main left-back and helped the team win all trophies in England - the Premier League, the FA Cup and the League Cup.
Zinchenko moved to Manchester City in the summer of 2016 from Ufa. The first season he played on lease at PSV, and the next two he played already for ManCity.
In the 2018/19 season, Zina played 29 matches for the City in all tournaments, scoring one goal and having five assists.
Also Manchester City yesterday extended the contract with another defender: right-flank Kyle Walker will also remain at the Etihad Stadium until the summer of 2024.
