Building a 5.0 and frameless future society from Indonesia for the world, is a vision that was put forward by Daniel Surya when he was appointed Executive Chairman of the WIR Group on October 23, 2019, from his previous position as CEO.
As one of the founders and leaders of the company, for ten years, he has successfully led the WIR Group and won numerous awards, both from domestic and international community. Therefore, with his new position as Executive Chairman, he now has broader duties. The task will be more emphasis on building relationships, strengthening the position of the WIR Group as the main performer in the business of AR, VR and AI based from Indonesia.
WIR Group is an acronym for We Are Indonesian Rock, Rise and Rule, which is a company engaged in AR & Co. (Augmented Reality), DAV (Digital Avatar), VR (Virtual Reality), AI (Artificial Intellegence). This company has successfully achieved a profit of Rp. 240 billion in 2019, an increasing compared to the previous year. Since the company was founded, it has worked on more than a thousand projects and served clients from various countries including the United States, Germany, Spain, Nigeria, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Myanmar and many others.
