This cake is cooked very quickly. I call it tea cake.
Have to take:
1 cup kefir, better than 3.2%
3 eggs
0.5 teaspoon of soda, salt
Butter (melt) 100 gr
Flour, the dough should turn out like sour cream.
Pour 1/2 of the dough into the mold, then the filling (I have fried cabbage) and 1/2 more of the dough. Put a little butter (grated) on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
We put 180 g in the oven, wait 20 minutes and enjoy the meal!
