Que estresante haber vivido algunos años con ellas en mi boca, fueron meses de dolores, inflamación, estres y mucho dolor de cabeza. Lo importante de todo, es que solo toca descansar de ellas.

Amanecí muy emocionada por este día, lo esperé desde hace mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, mis nervios me acompañaron, pero mi cabeza me decía ''Tranquila, eres toda una valiente'', pero por otro lado decía ''Eres demente, ¿cómo se te ocurre extraer 4 cordales en un día?''. Todo el mundo quién sabía de mi situación, me llamaban ''loca, atrevida, valiente, guapa'' porque es tan fuerte este proceso y a la vez muy peligroso, pero en manos de profesionales, todo sale mucho mejor de lo que imaginas o dicen la gente...

I woke up very excited for this day, I have been waiting for it for a long time. However, my nerves accompanied me, but my head told me ''Calm down, you are a brave girl'', but on the other hand it said ''You are crazy, how can you think of extracting 4 wisdom teeth in one day''. Everyone who knew about my situation, called me ''crazy, daring, brave, beautiful'' because this process is so strong and at the same time very dangerous, but in the hands of professionals, everything turns out much better than you imagine or people say...

Desde hace unos años conocí al Dr. Maino Bahamondes, quién fue el Cirujano Bucomaxilofacial encargado de mi cirugía de mis cuatros (4) terceros molares. Agradecida siempre con él por su trato, atención y carisma durante el proceso de la cirugía. Me colocó musica para bajar mi tensión de nervios y poder hacer un ambiente comodo y seguro para mí, realmente la atención y el servicio es primordial para estos casos. Sin duda 10/10 en todo.

A few years ago I met Dr. Maino Bahamondes, who was the Bucomaxillofacial Surgeon in charge of my surgery of my four (4) third molars. I am always grateful to him for his treatment, attention and charisma during the surgery process. He played music for me to lower my nervous tension and to make a comfortable and safe environment for me, really the attention and service is paramount for these cases. Undoubtedly 10/10 in everything.

Las primeras dos (2) muelas superiores, fueron extraidas rapidamente luego de haber recibido la anestesia local. Durante ambas extracciones, se llevó un tiempo de 5 minutos o eso parece, ya que fue super rápido para mí. Solo sentí una molestia de halón, solo reí de lo sorprendida que estaba.

The first two (2) upper molars were extracted quickly after receiving local anesthesia. During both extractions, it took about 5 minutes or so it seemed, as it was super fast for me. I only felt a halon discomfort, I just laughed at how surprised I was.

Luego de un descanso de unos 5 minutos, prosiguieron con las otras dos (2) muelas que se encontraba en la parte inferior de mi boca. Fue un proceso un poco tedioso, pero rapido, nos tardamos cómo 10 o 15 minutos en cada una de ellas, ya que debían partirlas en 3 pedazos. ¡40 MINUTOS! En total fue el proceso de toda la atención de la cirugía, bastante sorprendida luego de todo. Lloré, me reí, pero siempre estuve segura del Doctor.

After a break of about 5 minutes, they proceeded with the other two (2) molars that was in the lower part of my mouth. It was a tedious process, but fast, it took about 10 or 15 minutes for each one of them, since they had to break them into 3 pieces. 40 MINUTES! In total it was the whole process of the surgery, I was quite surprised after all. I cried, I laughed, but I was always sure of the Doctor.

Finalmente, luego de todo, acá me encontraba con muchas ganas de llorar, pero riendome por dentro. No fue un momento traumatico, más bien lo consideraré cómo un momento unico de mi vida que fue necesario vivirla y disfrutarla con lagrimas y risas, jajajaja. Lo contaré cómo una anecdota divertida dentro de unos cuantos años.

Finally, after everything, here I was with a lot of tears, but laughing inside. It was not a traumatic moment, rather I will consider it as a unique moment in my life that was necessary to live it and enjoy it with tears and laughter, hahaha. I will tell it as a funny anecdote in a few years.

Me encuentro en tratamiento y de reposos absoluto. Lo recomendable para este tipos de cirugías es comer frío, liquido y comidas blandas, especialmente el helado. Soy feliz comiendo helado en mi cama.

I am in treatment and absolute rest. What is recommended for this type of surgery is to eat cold, liquid and soft foods, especially ice cream. I am happy eating ice cream in my bed.

Así que durante todo este tiempo de reposo, aprovecharé de ver peliculas, series y tratar de descansar, siempre y cuando cumpla con todo el cuidado que es necesario.
