Los primeros días son los más difíciles para ser sincero pero siempre me enfoco en que a pesar del cansancio del día a día o desgaste psicologico que algunas veces tenemos, es mentalizarse de que todo es momentáneo que el dolor es por ahora pero a un mediano plazo se vera el resultado de ese esfuerzo >The first days are the most difficult to be honest but I always focus on the fact that despite the fatigue of the day to day or psychological wear that sometimes we have, is to mentalize that everything is momentary that the pain is for now but in the medium term the result of that effort will be seen

Por cierto amig@s es muy importante enfocar nuestros entrenamientos en los objetivos que deseamos y no desenfocarnos en el proceso, la motivación en algun punto es un factor es importante pero la canstancia y disciplina marcara la diferencia en tu vida >By the way friends it is very important to focus our training on the goals we want and not to lose focus in the process, motivation at some point is an important factor but the canstancia and discipline will make the difference in your life.

Lo más probable es que siga el reto por mi propia cuenta a nivel personal porque tengo uno ciertos impediemientos a nivel diario, las vivencias del día a día en cierto punto siempre suele consumirte tiempo que podrias enfocar en ti, tus objetivos personales físicos y espirituales, pero bueno todo en manos de Dios y pues eso no significa que dejare el compartir contenido a un lado porque esto es mi mayor pasión es lo que más de la placer a mi ser, espero que les haya gustado y nos vemos en un proximo video! > Most likely I will follow the challenge on my own on a personal level because I have certain impediments on a daily level, the day to day experiences at a certain point always tends to consume time that you could focus on you, your personal physical and spiritual goals, but well all in God's hands and that does not mean that I will leave sharing content aside because this is my greatest passion is what gives me the most pleasure to my being, I hope you liked it and see you in a future video!
