接着上次伟哥讲得“2019年经济形势与企业变革”这一块主要是怎样把自己演变成学习者，变革者，创新者，未来生活水平提升想要良好的“生存成长”就需要“深度学习”而不是以前的“碎片学习”；“人生没有白走的路每一步都算数，在那里付出在那里就有收获”！也许刚开始的路并不好走只要你肯不断前行，你的运气你的机会就会自然而然找上你。人不是因为变老而停止学习，而是应为停止学习而变老的！Q

今天休假，临时知道嫂子身体不舒服，本来打算我和媳妇8点钟起床去探望生病的嫂子。可是刚吃完早饭就下起了大雨，提前也看过天气预报是小雨，所以只好等雨小点了骑电车去，应为专医院门口太堵了。所以，出行前要有计划和打算。o

算算时间小儿子上学也快一个月了，令我感觉变化最大的是他说话比以前相对清楚了一些，背数能到20了，还会被几篇古诗，本来觉得上小班只是“混日子”学不到东西，但是果不其然没有绝对的事，所以就应了那句话“环境可以改变一个人”，交朋友也是这样“你想成为什么样的人，你就会和什么样的人交朋友”！N

这段时间一直身体不舒服，发烧反反复复，已经连着输了4天水了，以前一个发烧感冒只用吃点药这次可好！原因还是上火老是吹空调的问题血项高，把“火”圈到体内了。生一次病可真的不好受，还是那句老话“身体是革命的本钱”！\

说干就干，今天准备把“气球拱形门”造型做好到时候直接移动到一楼大厅。所有工具都到位了准备到大库房拿拱形架子，找了很久但是最终只找到了两个底座，没有杆这可装不了！最后我和晓东想了很多办法，也摸索着找代替品，最后在技术部的协助下，找到了塑料PPC管，接着把管子拿到现场改良了一下，OK！p

今天开周例会的时候，伟哥说到：“咱们店技术调音这块，可以打算安排外调学习培训，把调音技术扎扎实实的掌握！”而且还让影哥和我下去沟通商量，听完我顿时很高兴，对我们技术力量又能“增砖添瓦”，“锦上添花”！而且伟哥每月还会参加“早检”工作，亲自测试，可以看出他对6年店，音响设备的关注与重视！想到这我们技术部一定要努力工作，学习，摸索研究，不能辜负大哥们的“心”！A
