Namaste Steemit, This Weekend, I made a delicious chicken recipe, Chicken Tikka. Chicken Tikka is authentic Indian style cuisine. Try it at your home. You will surely Enjoy it! Yum!! Do follow me and upvote if you liked this recipe!

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka:

Chicken 500 grams Boneless breast pieces
Curd or yogurt 1-2 tsp
Cardomom seed & cumin 1 tsp each
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Garlic & ginger 1 tsp each
Salt, Red chili powder, Garam masala 1 tsp each
Pepper 1 cup
Mustard Oil 1 cup
Onion 1
Butter 3-4 tsp
Gram flour 1-2 tsp (completely optional though!)
Cilantro to garnish

Cooking Procedure for Chicken Tikka

1. Add the curd to a bowl. Then Mix all the spices, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and pepper. Add Lemon Juice

2. Then add Ginger Garlic Paste to this and mix it.

3. Pour this mix into a ziplock and Mix it with chicken. Make sure all the sides of chicken are coated well.

4. Keep the Zip lock in the fridge overnight!

5. Then add the Gram flour(optional) and mustard oil at this stage. This will give a nice crispy outer layer will biting into the chicken.

6.Skew the chicken pieces and keep it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Enjoy Chicken Tikka with your favorite Sauce or chutney. Thats it for this week guys! Next week I will try a different dish and come up with the recipe!

OR You can add some lemon juice over it and have it with some onion. The Indian style
