So lucky to get to meet Sam on his visit to Toowoomba, Australia He gave a great, funny and inspiring talk on his life story. The movie is very inspiring for those who have not seen it yet.

Golden Brown - Cooked to perfection. Mix a Sweet Potato in when mashing your spuds. Add a dash of Chilli for a warmer on a cool winters evening. This was lovely with a Red Wine.
