Bees are busy. They seem to disregard the surroundings, WORK WORK WORK is all they care about. At times it puts them in the path of danger. I've observed one such event recently.

Supplementation for my last mushroom post - this time a set of caps on legs, mushrooms of classic look.

Museums, churches and whatnot are not really my thing. For vacation in Barycz Valley, I'd very much prefer to spend a day kayaking on Barycz River. But the weather forecast was awful.

Recently for the first time this year I found myself outside when it was still light and not while walking to office or shopping. In fact, somewhat surprisingly, I got to visit a lake.

So here I am talking again about Saturday two weeks ago, although it is the Saturday next to the one I was talking about last time :o)

On Saturday two weeks ago I went for a short stroll into the forest. It was already pretty late, well past 16 PM, but the weather was nice and I thought I'll at least take some pictures.

Last Saturday I finally found time and will for some stroll in the forest. It was two days after cloudburst that turned some of the streets in the city into rivers.

I'd like to request / propose a trivial yet impactful change with voting for posts.

I've been stationed in village Ciche. As the name suggests ("calm"/"silent"), there was not much traffic. Since it was after the season, there was not too many tourists.

Last Monday and Wednesday were holidays here in Poland, so I took three days vacation and happily wasted the entire week, but at least yesterday I spent four hours striding through the Mokrznia forest.

As promised in last week's post today I'm going to show the spring mushroom that I've found.
