Hola, espero se encuentren muy bien 😊 hoy les vengo a endulzar la vida con estas ricas panqueques 🥞 rellenas con crema pastelera que preparé de merienda. La verdad es que quedaron muy ricas , me las quería comer todasss, pero no, tenía que compartir con mi familia.

1️⃣Calentar la leche con la cucharada de vainilla, ( solo calentar, no dejar hervir)

2️⃣En un bol se agrega las yemas con el azúcar y revolvemos.

3️⃣Agregamos la harina de trigo y revolvemos

4️⃣Agregamos la leche y revolvemos.

5️⃣Llevamos la mezcla a una olla a fuego medio sin dejar de revolver para que no se hagan grumos hasta obtener el espesor deseado.

###### Para las panqueques 6️⃣En el vaso de la licuadora agregué todos los ingredientes y licue por unos minutos hasta que todos los ingredientes se integraran

7️⃣En una sartén a fuego medio , lo engrase, y colocando un poco de la mezcla para formar las panqueques. Cocinamos por ambos. Así fuí hasta que se terminara la mezcla.

8️⃣Llegó el momento de rellenar las panqueques. Coloqué una panqueque , la unté con crema pastelera y arriba le coloqué otra panqueque. Otra forma, agarré una panqueque , la unté de crema pastelera y la enrollé.
