Yo especialmente siento una eterna atracción por el mar, es por ello que me vine a vivir a la Ciudad de Mar del Plata y tan solo tengo dos calles que me separan de él.

Por muchos motivos el mar nos atrapa y atrae en modos distintos pero lo que si es seguro es que para la mayoría representa un descanso, relajación, desestrés y un escape de la rutina y del trabajo. Esto no es casualidad … Pues el mar en su conjunto posee propiedades curativas especiales.

Si bien es cierto que en algunos casos deja secuelas negativas como insolaciones, alergias a los rayos del sol, picaduras de medusas y otros inconvenientes que están asociados a las playas, también es cierto que, no obstante; siempre queda un buen sabor de boca y deseamos regresar en cuanto se pueda. ¿Por qué?

Más allá de que sea un imán para tomar sol, el mar puede beneficiarnos en muchos factores de salud; tanto física y mentalmente y no todos tenemos conocimiento de esto. Si tomamos en cuenta la salud física; el océano ayuda a disminuir y en algunos casos como fue el mío, a eliminar el insomnio por completo. Desde hacía varios años sufría de insomnio agudo y me costaba poder dormir una noche entera sin problemas y solo lograba dormir dos o tres horas por día, en algunos casos no podía dormir absolutamente nada y fue uno de los motivos por los que me mudé a esta ciudad. Llevo viviendo acá 6 meses y desde el primer día duermo toda la noche sin problemas, disfruto mis 8 horas de sueño todos los días y eso te cambia la vida en muchos sentidos.

Beyond being a magnet for sunbathing, the ocean can benefit us in many health factors; both physically and mentally and not all of us are aware of this. If we take into account the physical health; the ocean helps to reduce and in some cases, like mine, to eliminate insomnia completely. For several years I suffered from acute insomnia and it was difficult for me to sleep a whole night without problems and I could only sleep two or three hours a day, in some cases I could not sleep at all and that was one of the reasons why I moved to this city. I have been living here for 6 months and since the first day I sleep all night without problems, I enjoy my 8 hours of sleep every day and that changes your life in many ways.

Por otra parte, ayuda también a la circulación, a la piel por la cantidad de vitamina D y yodo, a los problemas respiratorios, disminuye inflamación y dolores,ayuda a combatir infecciones, disminuye el estrés,la ansiedad y la depresión.

A nivel Energético el mar posee un enorme imán para extraer las energías negativas o cargas energéticas negativas de nuestro cuerpo, limpiando nuestra aura; es por esto que cuando regresamos de un día de playa nos sentimos cansados, somnolientos y totalmente relajados. En conclusión recomiendo visitar el mar con frecuencia si desean estar más saludables tanto física como espiritualmente.

On an energetic level the sea has a huge magnet to extract negative energies or negative energy charges from our body, cleaning our aura; this is why when we return from a day at the beach we feel tired, sleepy and totally relaxed. In conclusion I recommend visiting the sea frequently if you want to be healthier both physically and spiritually.
