Life is a gift from god to us , but way so many people don't leading life they truly wants ? The answer is more complicated than most of us think. Don't get me wrong most people wants better health, better job, better relationship, new home, new car etc, but why only few percentage of people enjoy life to the fullest and others don't ? They don't even try to change it , maybe try it in the past , but right now they thinking that it has to be in this way.

If i would told you, that you have power and all the tools to change your life right away would you be interested? YEAH ... You have most powerful tool that you can imagine - your MINDSET. Mindset is key element if we want change our life. For most people unfortunately most important is how many Pokemon they collect in one day than knowing how their mindset really works!

People must realize that we have not one mind but two minds!

Conscious mind and subconscious mind and each of this mind works in different way. Conscious mind is rational thinking mind, we are aware of people around us, were we live , work etc, is only 5% of the mind. Subconscious mind take care of our biology and we are not aware of this, we don't know how temperature in our body adapts to different environment, how we drive our car when we totally don't remember last hour of road. Is 95% of our mind and control our behaviors. This two minds often are compared to iceberg. Conscious mind is above water and we see only this, but we don't see another 95% of this iceberg. This is subconscious mind which is very powerful . If we know how to effectively communicate with this part of mind we can not only change our life but attract to life basically everything we deeply desire.

How we can change mindset ?

New results are direct proportion of new mindset. Think about it in this way. Right now you probably thinking and acting in some definite way . Woke up in the same time each morning, brush your teeth,driving to work, eat , meet with friends, watch TV, go to bed etc. This is only example of one day of our life. Most of the time mind working in habitual way, repeat thoughts from yesterday and so on.... 90% of our thoughts are the same we had yesterday, we do mostly the same actions. So how we can change mindset doing something over and over again the same way? This is crazy!

As a children's we born with unlimited potential and know that we can do everything we only imagine . We run, laugh, drive bicycle, fall, cry but it's fine we live in present moment. When we are older people around us start telling us that we are not good enough, we are ugly, we don't deserve to be happy, wealthy etc.... Children's mind working in theta mode, basically until age 5 or 6 . Everything children's hear, taste, touch, see, smell respond by their reality. This time is also very important because every information goes directly to subconscious mind and is accepted as truth. Then Grow up and we go through life with few limitations from our childhood. In this point we start wanting new things like : new car, relationship, vacation, new house, new clothes , lose weight, be more healthy etc... This wishing is only based on desire of conscious mind, so what will happen when we want something in conscious level (5%) ?

Obviously we don't win this fight, because what leading our life day by day is subconscious mind (95%). This is way affirmation don't work for most of people. Affirmation like : I am wealthy, I am healthy, I thinking in positive way, I attract money every day, I love myself, I do things which others refused to do that way I'm so successful, I am in healthy relationship etc... People saying this words but don't believe in it . Subconscious mind rejects this based on program received from childhood.

Solution for this problem is called NEUROPLASTICITY . Scientists discover now that we can change mind regardless of the age in which we are . This is huge concept for us, because we have power over our future.

Neuroplasticity refers to the potential that the brain has to reorganize by creating new neural pathways to adapt, as it needs. A simple way to consider how the brain builds new neural pathways as it's challenged by new information and it's environment might be to think of the brain as a radio. When dialing the tuning knob on the radio by hand to find something to listen to you might come across a station that sounds interesting, but has a great deal of static so you can't really understand everything they are saying. To bring the station in clearer you would focus and dial the station in slowly a digit at a time to bring it in with as little distortion as possible. You can think of building new neural pathways the same way when learning something new.

Brain forms almost all new neutral pathways through repetition. That's how the brain works. That's how success works. It is through repetition that you learn and through repetition that you make the unfamiliar, familiar.

You must develop warrior mindset .

Start doing new things, things you scary most. For example : start sell some products, meet new people, go to different country, jump with a parachute, invite a girl out on a date. Basically you need to leave your comfort zone only then something new can happen, only then life can change in the way you don't even imagine right now !
