El día de ayer paseaba por las redes sociales cuando me topé con un video muy desgarrador para mí. En el video activistas grababan a las afueras de un matadero de cerdos. Solo con recordar los gritos de dolor que escuche en el video, los alaridos, la desesperanza que transmitían esos pobres seres a los que la sociedad a catalogado falsamente como fundamentales para nuestra nutrición y primordiales para nuestra salud, pienso en lo manipulados que somos contantemente por los medios de comunicación, las escuelas y los gobiernos.

Yesterday I was walking through social networks when I came across a very heartbreaking video for me. In the video activists recorded outside a pig slaughterhouse. Just remembering the screams of pain that I heard in the video, the screams, the despair transmitted by those poor beings that society has falsely classified as fundamental for our nutrition and essential for our health, I think about how manipulated we are constantly by the media, schools and governments.

Inevitablemente esto me llevo a pensar en mi hijo. Un bebe de 7 meses que llego a este mundo a ser feliz y dar lo mejor de sí para cumplir todas sus metas. Pienso en lo afortunados que somos por haber nacido humanos, por tener derechos y hacer valer nuestra voz. Pero también delibero en los inconvenientes que tuve como vegana al enfrentarme al mundo. Un mundo que tilda a los veganos de maneras incorrectas solo por elegir una alternativa alimenticia mas empática con el planeta. Por lo tanto, me plantee una meta. Tratare dentro de lo que se pueda de cada día publicar una receta nueva, fácil y exquisita para que la conozcan y puedan llevarla a sus familias. Sera un granito de arena que podemos aportar para el bien no solo de nuestra salud, sino la del planeta.

Inevitably this led me to think of my son. A 7-month-old baby who came to this world to be happy and give his best to meet all his goals. I think about how lucky we are to be born human, to have rights and to assert our voice. But I also deliberate on the inconveniences that I had as a vegan when facing the world. A world that labels vegans in the wrong ways just for choosing a food alternative that is more empathetic to the planet. So, I set a goal for myself. I will try as much as possible each day to publish a new, easy and exquisite recipe so that they know it and can take it to their families. It will be a grain of sand that we can contribute for the good not only of our health, but that of the planet.

#### **Preparación**: **Paso 1**: Tomo las bananas y las coloco en la licuadora,

**Paso 2** : Agrego la leche vegetal.

**Paso 3** : Agregamos laa cucharadita de vainilla y licuamos durante 5 minutos hasta que las bananas se hallan procesado.

**Paso 4** : Servimos en un contenedor y colocamos en la congeladora.

Permitimos que la mezcla se congele durante la noche o un aproximado a 6 horas luego sacamos de la congeladora y solo observen. ¡Que maravilloso! Podemos servir y degustar delicioso helado Vegano. Les animo a probarlo está buenísimo. Me encanta poder volver a compartir recetas con ustedes e interactuar de la misma manera, muchas gracias querida comunidad @naturalmedicine, por generar estos espacios para mediante la interacción poder conocer mas sobre temas importantes para nuestra salud y bienestar personal.

We allow the mixture to freeze overnight or for about 6 hours then take it out of the freezer and just watch. How wonderful! We can serve and taste delicious Vegan ice cream. I encourage you to try it, it is great. I love being able to share recipes with you again and interact in the same way, thank you very much dear community @naturalmedicine, for generating these spaces so that through interaction we can learn more about important issues for our health and personal well-being.
