I honestly spent lots of time reviewing whether to get this and eventually I decided to get the headset, for good reason! The headset came next day packaged really well. At first look the headset outer package looks cheap and mediocre but once you get through the outer packaging the red box inside felt premium and well made. You can see the box in the picture below.

In the box you get the usual paperwork, the headphones, a second set of ear cushions for interchangeable texture and feel. You also receive the removable microphone, as well as the integrated sound card controller. You get a splitter for the headset if you want to use it without the controller. And Finally a bag to store them for travel or if you are not using them for an extended period of time.

Now onto the audio, both input and output. The microphone is great, and also removable so you can just use it as a normal headset while travelling somewhere. It works really well and don’t produce echo as well as reduced background noise. The audio quality is beautiful, especially with the USB sound card which allows for 7.1 surround sound which is really important in competitive games. The headphones also don’t leak noise or let in much noise to disturb you on your game. An astounding performance from these headphones is to be expected, I would rate the audio a 8/10.

Moving onto comfort, they are really comfortable. You can change the earcups to be fabric instead of the default leather however I haven’t tried to change them as I prefect the leather. But it does seem really simple to do. I also wear glasses and experience zero discomfort with this headset. So it a very good choice for someone who uses glasses all the time.

The headset is really well built, it is sturdy and will hopefully last a long time due to the braided cable and the most breakable parts being made of metal. The controller has lots of functions such as increasing the volume of your system audio or your microphone. There is also a mute slider on the controller however it is inconvenient and probably better to use a hotkey on your keyboard to mute your microphone.

Overall this headset is almost perfect, but for the price it is perfect. The quality of the mic and the headphones is amazing, it truly feels like a premium product with the packaging and the design including metal so it is more sturdy. Sound really surrounds you while in game you can hear the footsteps exactly from which direction they are coming from.
