早上起床女儿就跑过来说：“今天弟弟过生日！”我便装扮不知道，我说是今天吗？她很肯定的说：“今天是弟弟过2岁生日，还要吃生日蛋糕”！我便笑了起来，明白了她的“小心思”。于是我抱过她说：“蛋糕昨天都定好了，中午拿回来就行了”。女儿说是小猪佩奇蛋糕还是火车蛋糕，还是芭比娃娃蛋糕，很多的猜测嘀咕了一会……看着她那可爱的样子，我便微笑看着她。J

My Actifit Report Card: February 15 2020
回训第四天，大家已经有主动意识，问好意识，而且积极活跃性也比前几天有所改善；今天分两组做了一个项目～“穿越电网”，电网1.3米高度，需要整队在规定时间内全部通过，没有任何外界物品使用；两个小队都是有组织，有纪律，大家通过推理假设方案，结合每位身高体重做出了通过的方案，提升了服从意识和创新思维，以及团队对待“任务”完成的决心，最后通过每位家人的努力也相应取得了好的成绩！在项目活动中“学习”，在“学习”中成长！L

晚上全成兄弟强烈邀请白班家人到521房间，兄弟们都很是热情，祝福也是源源不断，大家唱着生日歌曲，拍着手，吃着蛋糕，气氛很是活跃。其实像这样的场景也有很多，有的兄弟姐妹们过生日由于离家较远没有回家过生日，而是选择了到店里，这也能感受到“家”的感觉，大家都很开心都很热情，聊聊工作聊聊生活，同时也增进了感情。n

今天在1楼前台值班一位坐着轮椅的女客人刚从楼上下来，这是我和保安部的家人们一起帮助他的朋友们安全的“着落”到车场。这时刚巧伟哥也看到，并马上让我到前台拿两个毛绒玩具要赠送给这位女客人，拿到后伟哥小跑到车场很热情的双手递上。可以看出客人很出乎意料显得很开心的样子。后来明白伟哥的意思，像这样的客人在此情况还选择了我们，也是对我们的认同和支持，也反应出我们平时对客人的关注和服务的态度。b
