I agree. If it was a flag for translating something without a source link...no problem...my bad. It's flagged by two for plagiarism from another steemit user which I haven't done. I gave in my comment

I don't remember to have warnings from them. I don't consider fair to flag without warning the author. There should be a complaints section to solve these kind of situations. And the power that they have
