They were very well kept, there was also a security guard there so I think they are well looked after. And yes open for all, they just had a small bench inside so mainly used as change rooms for people

No, they are very much wild animals. Not anything like domestic dogs and not a good idea to try to domesticate them. They are quite dangerous even though they look adorable and friendly😄🐶 We saw them
