I came across steem when the white paper was launched, but never had much interest.

Anyway my name is Que Akhtar and I am from the Midlands in the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Thats me below and I am real, easily found on fb too.

For the last 5 years I have been involved in Digital Product development and marketing. I also have had a massive interest in mining crypto currencies..

Prior to 2012, I had a great career, however I was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, so I became house bound and that's when I became involved online. I was a victim of some crazy violence. But I have managed to push myself and fight my illness, now I simply try my utmost best to practice positive energy.

I love multi-tasking and work on around 5-6 tasks daily. On my online business, I am also learning new programming technology, I have enrolled on a course recently to learn about hardware hoping to build some mining rigs, I am also learning about ethical hacking, not so to hack into someone's privacy space, but to keep my own online Business safe from potential attacks...

I read this book some time back that has really helped me improve myself.

I am also abit of a yogi, as you can see, I kind of embarrassed myself, missed a dose of my medication and started to teach people over fb, how to do karma yoga exercise, abit like "Kumaree", someone must have seen the Kumaree documentary on Netflix.

The Power of Now has been a game changer, I can stop my thinking anytime and make my whole body go into silence, no thinking, absolute into nothing, total blankness.

I am currently on a juicing diet to loose some belly and build a 6 pack. I am into organic ethical living.

So far i keep relapsing after 7 days of no food and just simply juicing, on the 8th day I hope I can get to Joe Cox level, Joe from (Sick Fat and Nearly Dead) a great documentary for anyone to watch that wants to become more healthy.

I am hoping to use steem, to have fun and connect to more individuals across the World. Facebook has started to become a place with loads of spamming taking place, but still it doesn't stop me from using it, I further hope to be of help and benefit to others in the steem community, say Hi and lets all connect.
