A veces, cuando de cocinar se trata, solemos restringirnos por miedo o por desganes. Sin embargo les traigo una receta super sencilla de realizar y con ingredientes tan accesibles que podemos encontrar en nuestro propio hogar. Esta receta va más hacia los amantes de los brownies, de ese pastel de chocolate que nos entusiasma a todos.

Hay variadas opiniones de como debería ser el brownie. Algunos dicen que no debe ser seco, otros que no es esponjoso como un bizcocho, y algunos otros que no debe ser crujiente. Si permiten mi opinión, esta delicia creada por los mismos dioses debe ser esponjosa, pero no al punto de ser seca, sino al contrario, para que cuando ocurra el bocado, el dulce y achocolatado sabor, junto a lo amelcochado, impregne todo el paladar. Y la vez, considero que debe ser crujiente en la superficie, con el objeto de que cuando nos llevemos a la boca la porción de brownie, esas dos texturas se unifiquen y ocurra ese contraste que se que a todos nos vuelve loco.

Bueno, pues les aseguro que la receta que les vengo a presentar, les encantará a todo el mundo. Su textura es perfecta, crujiente por fuera y fudgy por dentro. Es una de esas recetas perfectas para los amantes del brownie pero no tanto a cocinar postres.

Para comenzar a realizar nuestro fabuloso brownie, abejitas, debemos derretir la mantequilla. Cuando este se encuentre en estado liquido, la verteremos en un bol junto al azúcar y con un ayuda de un batidor (no importa si es eléctrico o manual, en este caso yo utilicé uno manual por comodidad) mezclamos estos dos ingredientes por unos 40 segundos o hasta conseguir una textura cremosa y algo blanquecina.

Una vez obtenida la textura cremosa y blanquecina, se vuelve el momento de agregar el cacao, lo mezclamos con la batidora de tu preferencia hasta obtener una textura grumosa y algo masticable. Algo así:

Este, es verter la mezcla en el molde donde hornearemos nuestro brownie. En mi caso, quise hacerlo en forma de ponquesitos pero tu puedes hacerlo en el molde que mas te guste. > Well, there are only two steps left to complete. Con mucho cuidado introducimos el molde con la mexcla al horno ya precalentado.
