Yes my RSS peertube feeds already support liveItem. Is your plugin not open source? I have some ideas on how to integrate plugin support into RSS feed generation.

These aren't valid feeds for Podping, we need to get regular podcast feeds in Peertube. I've already done most of the work but I need to get it upstream.

Podping requires use of The Podcast Namespace, in which we developed the <podcast:liveItem> tag. Recommend joining podcastindex.social and asking around for advice.

Which RSS feed type does Hive-Tube use in podping?

It's the combination of intelligent communication and signaling of changes in external data sources. The beautiful thing is none of it depends on Hive and vice versa.

Everything starts somewhere. Back when Adam Curry did the first podcasts, you had to listen to "podcasts" on special apps. This isn't any different :)

We are also allowing music to be explicitly published and identified on RSS feeds as "podcasts" (but not podcasts). Plugs into the "value 4 value" concept seamlessly. No NFTs needed.
