I haven't used a lot of the other elementals yet, but I really like Umbral Elemental. It has worked well for me when I pair it with Arachne Weaver and the Corrupted Healing.

I love Foundations because it is so accessible. Collecting a max level CA or Rebellion set simply isn't in the budget, but I feel like I can get a max Foundations set if I just keep playing consistently.
