Hola amigos de la comunidad de #hive y SWC community hoy les vengo a explicar una de las rutinas que me ayudó a progresar de una manera más metódica y evitando lesionarme ayuda también a fortalecer lo que son pectorales, hombro, bíceps y los tríceps, tomando en cuenta que el camino de la plancha es un proceso largo y tedioso, pero no imposible ahora vamos con la rutina.

Primer ejercicio lean planche straddle este es uno de los ejercicios que se va a ejecutar recogiendo las rodillas haciendo una posición de tuck planche, y volver a estirar los pies a la posición de straddle lin planche es recomendable hacerlo con unas medias y en un suelo liso para así los pies pueden resbalar y va a ayudar a ganar más segundos en este ejercicio hacer estas repeticiones y abrir y cerrar las piernas 10 veces por tres series.
