After 12 days hard work and dedication, Superior Coin is glad to report that it has made many advancements forward on this project. There has been much misinformation that has caused uncertainty in the community, with wide-spread speculation. Last week's statements did a lot to clear most of these issues up, in spite of Michael Todd's continued attempts to scuttle the project through confusing and misleading comments that directly contradicted both himself and SuperiorCoin's official position.Taking a minimal amount of time to address only one of these comments (perhaps the key to the project) and in order to set to rest Mr. Todd's OWN personal confusion as to where the project is maintained, the website GitHub hosts the source code, (https://github.com/TheSuperiorCoin/TheSuperiorCoin) as it has been throughout development with author as Nathan Senn. By following that link, it can be viewed at your convenience.In the days before, and even since last week's initial Statement, many of the Coin Buyers are concerned about the fact that Superior Coin has not debunked more of the “lies” told by Mr. Todd and his Wife. The reality is that the sheer amount of misinformation put out by these individuals over the past 12 days would require SC to expend nearly all of its efforts to address every attempt to create confusion (including that which is expected to flow from this third update). While the Todds might prefer that scenario, SC is focused on bringing this project to a conclusion and preparing it for release. And so, our focus must remain in the work. In the meantime, SC has addressed those questions from the public as they arise, and continues to provide these updates to provide coin holders with updates regarding the PROJECT. With that in mind, SuperiorCoin continues in its efforts as set forth below:STATUS UPDATE -ï SuperiorCoin mining pool is on-line and at the moment has many active miners, it has made over 1500 payouts over the last week in SuperiorCoin;

ï A web site has been created with online wallets with true SuperiorCoin wallets and transfer in and out, it is being tested at the moment and SC will provide notice as soon as it is fully operational.
ï A USA trademark has been applied for and accepted to secure intellectual property - steps that Mr. Todd had reported by an independently written article (issued late last week) never to have begun.
ï Wallets for PC and MAC have been compiled with new seed included for those without knowledge on how to manually induce IP address of another member of the Network. These have already been distributed on FB pages.

ï GitHub Repository has all updates that were and have been made and will remain transparent for you to view and compile from.PRIORITY ACTIVITIES GOING FORWARD:First: SuperiorCoin has plans to have working BlockChain Explorer up and running in the next 48 hours, as it is essential for listing and applying to all exchanges. Web Wallet with active transfer in and out, listing Coin purchases is planned to be online in next 72 hours. After the initial launch of the website where the online wallets are at, SuperiorCoin will start adding options for trade with other members of the community and options for SuperiorCoin buyback within one week.Second: SuperiorCoin faces several different coin issuance or deliveries going forward, outlined below, and will be further explained, in future updates.1. Members of the Community mined on rigs and personal Computers during the Block Chain test in March, April, May and June. Miners that mined those coins during that period were promised a 1:1 Transfer to SuperiorCoin on the Official Block Chain by Mr. Todd and or Nathan Senn for support during testing stages.

2. Many members of the Community were also gifted SuperiorCoin through the website Crowdify for their efforts in promoting. Those are being accounted for as well.

3. There were also SuperiorCoins purchased from the ICO with BTC, all have been accounted for and are being processed to show on the website.

4. Superior Coin has evidence that there were also sales in PayPal directly to the partnerships PayPal account opened and controlled by Mr. Todd, SuperiorCoin does not have full records of at the moment. Mr. Todd has all records relating to PayPal transactions and, it is being assumed, that he will not be voluntarily providing this information to SC in the near future. As such, SuperiorCoin continues to piece together the records and the data base of sales to establish those numbers so it can be reported to you.

5. All coins purchased with BTC are accounted for, and Superior Coin is working through the ones that were gifted, and moved around on Crowdify website, as well at the ones purchased with Paypal.Third: Considering the logic behind the original strategic use on the Crowdify website where SuperiorCoin previously maintained a presence prior to the events that has led to this fork, it will start development for a task and talent area on its website over the course of the next month.PUBLIC REACTION TO DATE:

As can be seen throughout the comments following any release made by SuperiorCoin, Coin Buyers appear to be most concerned or interested in the safety of the SuperiorCoins they were to acquire, and have made multiple contacts and questions about receiving the coins they purchased to them and to their wallets, or a refund. As indicated in the first Statement, the potential avenues for addressing coinholder's coins has been identified and final decisions will be made as the project is finalized. Until then, there has been no change in the status of these holdings since SC's initial statement and to attempt to address one solution without addressing all is simply impossible. So we continue to ask for your patience as we proceed forward with the steps identified above.

CONCLUSION:The path forward takes Superior Coin to world-wide use cases and further development and integration with venders and websites world-wide. Superior Coin is very proud of its team and community’s Support. So much has been accomplished since last update and this could not have occurred without your support and well wishes.For now SuperiorCoin must ask for continued patience while the next set of items is tackled.
