These plants annoy me! They always appear in my row of carrots and I cannot tell the difference, so I end up leaving them in my carrot row...and then they flower! Grrrr!

I seem to recall having read that the seeds are used to make flour. I won't be eating them. I have enough vegetables to feed an army here! I just love growing them.

I hope to get more colours next year. Most of the wild ones are purple.
