RE: Three Fire Ant Colony Casting Session, Part 3: Fiery but Mostly Peaceful Colony Casting (Cast #119)
This one was 6.7 lb of aluminum. I was thinking of trying a much smaller type of ant colony with silver.

RE: Three Fire Ant Colony Casting Session, Part 3: Fiery but Mostly Peaceful Colony Casting (Cast #119)
I haven't tried it yet but I was actually planning to very soon. A very small one though because the silver cost would be too high for most of the colonies I cast.

RE: Casting a Foam Pumpkin with Molten Bronze for Halloween
Yeah, I started to get a little worried that would happen when it boiled for so long. I cut a lot out of the boiling out of the video but it went on for maybe a minute or two if I recall.

Thanks! The video didn't perform that well on YouTube but I've always thought it was one of the coolest things I've done.

Sure. Is there some sort of formal verification process? If not I could link to my profile here from my YouTube channel.
