I'm totally with you on this. You forgot the ridiculous requirements like 15 years experience, 25-30 years old, MBA and no salary, only paid on commissions because you obviously don't need money to live,

I would add focus to your list. It's incredibly important to stay focus and not try to go in a lot of different directions which would lower drastically your efficiency.
