I really enjoy these dream posts. I have written down a bunch in the past, but have stopped doing it recently. Thanks for reminding me to allow for that dream time too.

I began dream journaling years ago. I find that the more you do, the more you have control over your dreams, because you train your subconscious to be more aware. One way to help without writing them down
