Image source:me Pause. Don’t rush. Take a deep breath in………hold it……and slowly let it out. One more time. Let everything else fade,just for this moment You deserve it. I’ve noticed something about Sundays. Sometimes they feel light and full of possibility, other times they feel heavy with the left over weight of last week. Either way, they offer us a chance to check within ourselves to ask What will I carry forward? What will I leave behind? Sometimes, we hold on to things that no longer matter, regrets, disappointments, unspoken words or moments we wish had ghappened differently. And yet, if we carry all of that into the new week, how do you expect to walk freely? It reminds me of trees letting go of their old leaves. If a tree clings to the old leaves, it cannot make space for what’s new. Who-knows we are like that tree, carrying old burdens until we learn the art of letting go. I remember one morning, sitting quietly and realizing how many small worries I had been carrying. I imagined setting them down, one by one I felt a little lighter with each one I let go.Sometimes, just noticing what we hold and choosing to release it is enough to begin the process.

Sometimes, letting go isn’t dramatic. It’s as simple as noticing the weight of something in your mind, pausing then deciding, even for a moment, that it doesn’t need to follow you into tomorrow. Maybe it’s a thought, a feeling or a memory. First, you acknowledge it, thank it for the lesson, and then release it. Hola You just created space. So, as you step into a new week, let me ask you this; * Are you still carrying something from last week that is weighing you down? * Are you giving yourself credit for the small wins,even if no one did notice? * And if tomorrow was a new page, would you write the same stor or begin a new one? Take a moment now, search what feels heavy, and what feels light within you. Breathe in the lessons, breathe out the weights. Carry forward what you need and leave the rest behind. This is your space to reset for the week ahead.
