After some pondering, testing some configurations, i set this as my display options on Playonlinux. Increased "Video Memory size". I set it on 4096.

I was thinking it was maybe DX9 that need to be installed again. or maybe the fix was on those many post over the internet. so many different issues, lol. And on windows 🤣. This "out of memory"

First i was like blaming linux for it. Then i started to read around, and saw many people on windows with lot of errors too. Oh yes!. EA games! 🤣.

Last night got errors related on how to launch the game (with BF2Hub). Today i know how to. But still got another error before joining the game!. hehe

Bf214 was/is cool, similar in graphics and playability with Bf2, but on other new maps with more futuristic structures and vehicles. Tanks hovered over the floor and had a nice control/move system. There
