Yes, it is a replica. They are building viking ships using the same technique and materials.

The casemates of Kronborg was used to protect the soldiers from bullets. 1000 men with horses could stay underground for up to 6 weeks. They also stored food supplies for the soldiers and horses there.

I visited only 3 cities while in Denmark. Copenhagen, Roskilde and Helsingborg. The food was divine and people are welcoming. I hope to go back to see more 😀.
