RE: Who am i?
We're currently living in Sofia while our house is being built. It's also nearby Sofia. We had a grandma in a village between Kyustendil and Dupnitsa, up to last year. Do you plan to stay and live in Bulgaria?

RE: Running Errands - December 16, 2019 @goldenoakfarm
Kodak being a mostly dead brand, seems a strange pick in the face of a compact Panasonic or Canon or Sony consumer camera! At least it's very cheap! I never thought there were so cheap cameras! Now you

I didn't understand most of the words in here, but it's impressive work, judging by the photos!

RE: A Deep Love of Deep Autumn
I find it really weird that your swales are so deep and narrow and steep sided. I wonder if that's the reason for filling up so quickly, do you have lots of soil movement downwards from the sides?

It's really interesting, even in the newspaper you call your husband he and you - she. It's a very curious thing, not using your names!

RE: Insulation is Next - December 6, 2019 @goldenoakfarm
XPS is the type of insulation in the photo. Google EIFS rot. We saw a documentary a few years back showing how much the American system of building rots from inside. Reason being the type of insulation

XPS on wood? Is that not the dreaded EIFS system that failed millions of homes in the USA?

RE: Tree Fundraiser, Round Two
I think it's better to have more diversity. So get more types of trees, not more trees. Also, chestnuts get really big. Might be a problem. Better get one of those Chinquapin bushes! Or whatever it's called!

I'm not sure if a few farmers getting together in a market is centralisation. If they all sold wholesale their goods to a shop, that would be it. Of course the shop will get a cut but it'll work every

RE: Plant This Gut Healthy Food And Eat For Life!
We put 3 percent salt in spring water, like 30 gram in a liter. And then just pour it over vegetables in a large jar. We use carrots, cauliflower, green tomatoes, small cucumbers, celery root, and sunchokes

We ferment them, like sauerkraut, very delicious and less gas! Also what we like best is you can harvest them from frozen ground in 50 cm snow! Amazing plant!

RE: A really (s)crap wood table - a first for us!
Haha well we live in Bulgaria so anything that can be found for free is crap :) The best success we had with pallets is bringing some beers to builders of a nearby building ;) Good luck!
