Pear salad is a simple salad that is very easy for you to try at home, this salad has a unique flavor based on cimory yogurt, mayo, milk and also grated cheese. All the ingredients look spectacular and have their own flavor. This is not the first time I've made this salad, I think it's been my favorite salad at home for a very long time.

Ingredients

1 pear 100 ml cimory yogurt 1 sachet of sweetened condensed Cheese to taste 2 spoons of mayonnaise (optional)

This salad is a fruit salad with a combination of cimory yogurt, sweetened condensed milk and also a sprinkle of grated cheese. The three ingredients give a spectacular taste and certainly upload the taste of anyone who will enjoy it. Now for those of you who want to use original yoggurt or even homemade it is also possible and better. The following preparation steps that you must prepare are very easy, let's prepare all the ingredients and do the following step by step preparation!

Making Procedure

**Step 1**

First I prepared the pears first, here I used local honey pears, which are now very cheap in the market. I started to peel the skin and also cut it into small sizes that will be very easy later when I enjoy it. I let it take the shape of a serrated knife to cut.

**Step 2**

After the pear pieces were done, I grated the cheese and prepared a lot of chedar cheese because this is my favorite.

**Step 3**

After everything is done, mix the pears with the sweetened condensed mixture, let everything combine perfectly, then add the yogurt I use one package of yogurt weighing 100 ml grams this is very enough for 1 pear that I will mix into a salad.

**Step 4**

Add mayonnaise then grated cheese then I stir until evenly mixed, let everything stir perfectly then serve in a serving bowl. I only made this for one large serving. If you want more, add the ingredients that will be used.

This dish is very fresh and sweet, the sourness of the combination of the three flavors makes this dish one of my favorites so far. I make this very often if there are a lot of pears in my refrigerator.
