Hello world :)

I've been meaning to sign up for Steem for some time now, and after browsing the photography tag finally decided to take the plunge. Below is a brief introduction and some of my favorite images. I started shooting and developing my passion a few years ago when I split a Canon EOS SL1 with my now ex-girlfriend. At first I just had the kit lens and shot mostly landscapes/cityscapes, but I quickly wanted something else so I bought a Sigma 18-250mm to get an all around lens. Getting the nifty-fifty was a big factor in me starting to delve into portrait photography. I highly recommend this lens if you're looking for something new and exciting. The bokeh it creates is pretty magical. This has been a game changer in terms of quality, especially for videography. The only downside is not being able to use my crop-sensor lenses with it. Currently, I can use the Helios 44M, Canon 50mm, and a used Canon 28-135mm.
