RE: Release of new HAF API stack 1.28.6 next week
The main ideas for Lite accounts are embedded at the beginning and end of this issue:

RE: Release of new HAF API stack 1.28.6 next week
I only use the terminal Claude (i.e. Claude Code) nowadays. One of our guys was originally using Desktop Claude which wasn't bad (seemed better than Copilot at the time), but then I found Claude Code to

Next thing we're planning to release after main release is Lite Accounts feature. I think this will simplify onboarding issues without giving rise to the "trust" and "long-term portability"

I've haven't tried Dispatch or Obsidian yet. Will look into them when I get a chance.

So far, at my max efficiency, doing many things at once, I've only been able to use around 80% of my 20x max license in a week, and typically it's been closer to 70%. The amount of usage is pretty generous.

Yes, coming up with innovative ideas for design and verification are now the main challenges for devs. Its almost exhausting creating new ideas because they can be implemented so fast. It's a strange new

I have a different perspective: in my opinion, the main difference is "Claude Code", the harness, not Claude Opus itself. Earlier on I used the same Claude AI in both copilot and in Claude Code,

RE: Hive Dev Fund Proposal - Pilot (P1)
Yes, it is entirely a function of the tooling that makes Claude Code awesome compared to vscode.

To be honest, github copilot is utter crap compared to Claude Code (although copilot seems nice until you use something better). This is not speculation: I and many of my devs experimented with both. For

Implicit in the proposal is funding useful software. But obviously there will be different opinions about what is useful. If "useful" was a universal category, everyone would use the same software.

Claude Code completely destroys ChatGPT for programming. I had this same kind of discussion with a bunch of my programmers at the beginning. They were using all kinds of AI products (other than Claude

Funding tools vs Funding results: This is a no-brainer. If the devs don't have the tools, then we'll have far less results and they will cost a lot more. Just do the math: the cheapest reasonable programmers

I expect this is likely to be THE most impactful DHF proposal ever if we get a sufficient number of qualified applicants. If all the Hive programmers master using Claude Code, we should see a huge leap

Note that Claude Opus and Claude Code are very different things. Claude Opus on its own didn't amaze me when it came to coding software. Claude Code (instrumented version of Claude Opus) did amaze me.

RE: Witness Update - Ready for Hardfork 1.28.3
There's no particular need to run 1.28.4 rather than 1.28.3. It's just a bit of memory savings, primarily intended for getting the most out of your memory when operating a API server.

You've misunderstood the change. This change cannot result in you losing funds or being unable to powerdown. I don't know what 4 accounts you're talking about, but they are just confused.

It reduces the growth rate of the coin supply (e.g. also sometimes referred to as inflation of the money supply). The original code basically had an error that could lead to more supply inflation than
