Never herd of termites eating poly,But I guess If they can chew through wood Poly would be not problem.

I would as Darwin is a great place but have enough of my own work to do here :)

As i don't want screws going through the wall of the container ,which would eventually cause rust or moisture ingress. The sheets are screwed on the other walls where the battens are installed.

No the soil is not very fertile,but we will be trying to improve the soil on the block.
