It took about 15 minutes for my 4minutes long video to be uploaded. DTube is really lacking a progress bar and you can only guess if upload is broken or you just need to wait longer.

You are right it's possible but very unlikely to happen in 13 minutes. Of course the screenshot could be photoshoped but there were more screenshots and comments suggesting that there were a missive change
