Well you're just saying that the SPL team should be the committee then I absolutely disagree. Like I said, it should be a system only going after accounts for botting. This is not making them a commitee

I would support a ban on (gameplay) bots in general. But having a "committee" to identify and judge who can and cannot obtain SPS seems like a terrible idea and I would in no way shape or form
